		<description>The treadmill of doom is going to be a regular addition to my workout, too.  I think it was especially effective doing it after my weight workout on Monday.  I think it helped get blood flowing to all body parts, which is probably why I&#039;m not totally and abysmally sore after lifting weights for the first time in months!

Keep up the good work Scott.  You are my inspiration!</description>
