Personally I&#039;m a recumbent man, not a fan of the elliptical.

I ride 6 to 7 miles 3 days a week on the recumbent, levels 5 through 10. Lift weights the 3 other days a week as well.

It does feel nice though to make such progress in fitness and health!</description>
