		<description>Andrij is right, once a week and keep it consistant.  Pick a day where your previous nights activities are fairly consistant.  For example, if you have a tendency for going out to a big dinner every Friday night, or maybe the other way around, you spend Friday nights sitting at home watching the ol tele, then do it every Saturday mornign right after you wake up and do your business.</description>
