Day 3 of the great Pepsi ban is over, only several thousand (I hope) to go.
I miss Pepsi. My doctor told me that diet soda is ok (not great, but at least isn’t as bad as the regular stuff) but I despise diet soda and so I would rather suffer without it. Now, I’m not saying that I won’t ever drink soda again (or even Pepsi that is) but I will be drinking roughly 99% less of it.
Oh, I’m going to be so freakin’ sexy. But I shall ignore all the ladies that had no interest in me when I was fat (’Screw you, ladies! Love me for me, not my super hot bod!’).

Don’t just cut out the sugar drinks, cut out the caffeine too. Caffeine makes you product insulin. Insulin is bad news - it creates body fat. So go one step further and cut out both the sugar AND the caffeine, and you should do even better! Good luck to you. I’ll keep watching your blog for progress - I’m sure you’ll do great!
